We design the medical device as per customer requirements. We do reverse engineering and develop the product with all required drawings, flow charts and technical specifications. We also have the capability to convert your concept into a working model. The core team at Wifiltronics will work on the value stream mapping and develop the product with a high quality with low cost.

Wifiltronics has in house Tool room and capability of developing small jigs and fixtures required to stream line manufacturing.

We also have a strong supplier network which will enable us to complete the development activity as per derived time line.

Wifiltronics is also into contract manufacturing. We manufacture medical devices as per the drawing and specifications proved by customer based on his needs. We are always a partner in customer success.

All our products are manufactured and packed in Class 7 clean room to reduce bio burden on the products.

As part of end to end traceability our products are identified with unique batch numbers. Customer part numbers and logo also be printed as per customer requirement using laser marking. We have 2 laser marking machines to meet all the requirement of Laser markings. High precision job is done using the machines. Trained operators are in place to handle this equipment’s.

We do ball forming on the tip of the SS wire using TIG welding machine.
